🙍🏼‍♀️ CANCEL & RESCHEDULING 🙍🏼‍♀️ You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 48 hours preceding your appointment. 24 hours or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) price. You will be allowed to reschedule an appointment in a 24 hour time frame one time. That appointment can not be cancelled nor rescheduled a second time to prevent someone that is trying to avoid the cancellation fee. Appointments being rescheduled same day must be rescheduled within at least an hour prior to scheduled appointment. (For first rescheduled appointment only!) If you have canceled your appointment or no showed and have been charged a fee I will require a deposit to rebook with me. 🙅🏼‍♀️ NO SHOW POLICY 🙅🏼‍♀️ If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service(s). *charged at my discretion* 🤷🏼‍♀️ LIFE HAPPENS 🤷🏼‍♀️ I understand that life isn’t always running smoothly and there are some things that we just can’t help emergencies and illness happen. I will be as gracious as I can be with the things life throws at us. The same as I hope you would for me in case of an emergency. I also understand that traffic and accidents happen too. If you are running late please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. An appointment may need to be rescheduled due to time i need for myself to complete the service correctly and efficiently. (cancellation fee or rescheduling process may apply.)
